Client situation
Ultravist® from Bayer is one of the most successful X-ray contrast media ever. Bayer approached us with the desire to develop English-language communication materials for worldwide use that would provide radiologists with an even better product experience.
Our solution
We created a “Radiology Journey”, which shows a patient’s path through radiology in detail. This made it possible to identify “touchpoints” between radiologists and Bayer in order to derive approaches for various information brochures.
