Client situation
Some patients are afraid of CT or MRI examinations and discontinue the examination, which can disrupt the closely timed workflow in radiology. Bayer collaborated with us to find ways to improve patient adherence in radiology.
Our solution
We developed a two-stage adherence concept: On the one hand, we produced patient-friendly information brochures with which patients can prepare for the examination at home and reduce anxiety. The next step was to train radiology technicians at congresses on behalf of Bayer to communicate with patients in an anxiety-relieving and empathetic manner.

Patient adherence could be significantly increased through our two-part adherence concept, with the effect of fewer examination interruptions and smoother workflows. This enables Bayer to offer its customers significant added value and to differentiate itself from its competitors.
